Suppose you are a trader. You are looking for a good broker to trade with. Just post a post in any online group and you will see that the brokers of different brokers will contact you in your inbox and try to manipulate you.

Anyone can join a broker as an affiliate or IB (Introducing Broker). After this, your job is to introduce traders to that broker. Or connect everyone through your referral link. You will not get any money from this. But if the client opens an account through your referral link, invests and trades, then after each trade is closed, the IB/affiliate will continue to receive a fixed commission rate. As long as the client trades, he will get this profit. Profit/loss is not an issue.

How to make a profit from affiliates or IBs?:
Brokers give commissions to their IBs in various ways. For example, a certain percentage amount on the investment. A certain amount per lot in trading. In addition, if you do good work, you will get marketing expenses, seminars, food, gifts, etc. In addition, there is another terrible trap. That is, Profit & Loss (P&L)

Many people can guess this method, but many may not know. This is really a very terrible trap. An innocent client who does not understand Forex is lured into investing a large amount in the broker by showing the lure of huge profits, causing losses to the client and making profits for himself and the broker. For example, in the PNL method, the investment is 50/50. If the fund is zero, the broker gets 50%, and the IB or broker's broker gets 50%. What should be the conditions for joining someone's IB/affiliate?:
If you open a trading account directly with a broker and trade, it is normal. But if you open a trading account with someone's affiliate or IB and trade, then that IB will benefit from your trade.

Now, the question may arise whether opening an account with someone's IB and trading will have any effect on my account? The answer is no. Everything will remain the same.

Another question may arise that why should I open an account and trade under an IB?

You should have the answer to this. Because someone will get benefits from you, you should discuss what benefits you will get in return.
Usually, someone joins someone's IB and trades on the condition of providing education and providing signals.

But I have not yet found such an example where the IB has set its conditions. How can it be? Because he himself cannot trade.

And we fall into manipulation by his words and invest, whether small or big. If someone can make some profit by investing occasionally, he becomes addicted. After this, the phase of loss begins. When he becomes discouraged while making losses, he also follows the same method. In the name of education, in the name of signals, in the name of making profits, he also makes people invest by tempting them to help in various ways. People of the same class are increasing in the Forex market. Think about how terrible this is.

What does Islam say about IB/Affiliate Business?:
Islam never allows harm to others. Islam is always a symbol of justice.
Someone came to me for trading-related help. I pressed him for a while and explained it to him, and made him invest in my IB account. Although I know that this person will not be able to keep what he invested.

So, who is responsible for what he lost? I have lost a family, a thousand, a father, and a responsible person. I have not found any option in Islam to avoid responsibility for this. I will not give any more references from Islam. You all have more Islamic knowledge than me.

How can both IB and clients benefit from IB Business?:
If you want to work with a broker's IB (Introducing Broker), this is not wrong. But some things need to be cleared, and others need to be cleared.
1. Are you really profitable by trading? If you are not profitable, why would you encourage others to invest?
2. Is the education you want to add someone to your IB in exchange for education verified? Make sure that there is no mistake in your education first.
3. Are you guaranteeing someone that you will make a profit with your signals, and in reality, are they becoming profitable? You will definitely get a commission. But what is the fund refund policy for those who are losing money with your signals? If you can provide fund security, why would you harm others?

Actually, the IB business is not that bad. But we have reduced it to a very low level. Suppose I invested $1000 in someone's IB. I might empty the fund by completing 3/4 lots. So what did IB get? IB might get $30/40. The rest is the broker. Think for a moment how I am helping the rich to become even richer by tempting and deceiving a poor brother/sister. Think with your heart. Think with time. Think alone. Think only about this. How many terrible things are we doing very easily? Do we think that we can escape the judgment of the Creator by harming the creation? No, brother, you cannot.
